24 Hour Cancellation Policy:

We kindly ask for a 24 hour notice for all appointments that need to be canceled or rescheduled.  All cancellations with any less than a 24-hour notice will be charged a 50% fee of the service. This has been put into place to protect our therapist time and livelihood.

A credit card will be needed in order to schedule  appointments and will be charged automatically if breaking this policy. Clients with an expired credit card on file will be contacted to pay and will not be serviced until fee has been paid. Late arrivals are still responsible to pay the full price of the service & sickness, covid related situations, school cancellations and weather forecast do not excuse this policy. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy.

Payment Options:

Cash, check with proper identification, Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover. If a check is returned, there is a $25 charge.
